Google then counts and says that you guys used it 25 and 26 times however I used it 110 because I have over a hundred sites linking to me. So…I outrank you all. As time goes on others figure out what I’m doing and begin doing the same thing before long your site is no longer showing up in the search engines for any of the good keywords.

Backlinks do more than just get your site showing up for the keywords in the major search engines; they also drive traffic to your site. And when you start getting backlinks the idea is not to just get backlinks but to get backlinks that drive traffic.
